This summary report was submitted by the Great Lakes Sea Grant Network to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Region V and the Great Lakes National Program Office upon completion of Sea Grant's participation in the Lake Michigan Lakewide Management Plan (LaMP). LaMPs are designed to reduce inputs of critical pollutants into the Great Lakes, and to restore and maintain integrity of the Great Lakes.

Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant Program, administered through University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, is a joint state and federal program, funded by the National Office of Sea Grant, NOAA, Department of Commerce.
